Marmor-Möller has been a family business in the heart of Hamburg since 1928 and is known for its exceptional quality and flexibility. To this day, this image has been maintained through constant development and pioneering technology, coupled with the expertise of its employees.
1928
The old company headquarters in Böckmannstraße within walking distance of Hamburg’s main railway station. The company was founded here and remained at this location for 84 years.
2017
In 2014, the time had come. The new company site was put into operation. A new workshop, an office complex including a showroom and a spacious materials warehouse were created, optimally tailored to the company’s needs. Thanks to new machines, it is now possible to work even more efficiently and sustainably.
Family business in its third generation
John Möller founded the company in 1928. Egon Hofmann took over the business in the 1970s. Since then, the company has been in the hands of the Hofmann family. After Egon Hofmann handed over the management of the company to his son Helge Hofmann in the 1990s, his son Jaan Hofmann is now the owner and managing director of Marmor-Möller. Jaan Hofmann’s brothers, Marco and Vincent, are also part of Marmor-Möller and together they ensure the continued existence of the family business.
